2.2 All prices are displayed in Philippine Pesos (₱). However, we offer the option to view estimated prices in your local currency for informational purposes only. The final transaction amount will be charged in Philippine Pesos based on the current exchange rate at the time of purchase.

2.4 Payment will be processed at the time you place your order.

2.5 We reserve the right to refuse any order you place.

3. Shipping and Delivery

3.1 We offer international shipping to United States. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated based on the weight, destination, and chosen shipping method of your order. These are estimates and actual delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and other unforeseen circumstances.

3.2 You are responsible for any applicable import duties, customs fees, and taxes levied by your country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.

3.3 We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Returns and Exchanges

4.1 You may return or exchange an item within 7 days of receiving it, provided it is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

4.2 To return or exchange an item, please contact us at admin@avelbacudio.com for a return authorization number. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, including any applicable customs fees or import duties.

4.3 We will process your return or exchange within 14 business days of receiving your returned item at our warehouse in the Philippines.

5. Intellectual Property

The content of the Website, including all designs, trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights, are the property of AVEL BACUDIO FASHION BOTIQUE or its licensors. You may not use any content on the Website for any commercial purpose without our express written permission.
